From Industrial Engineer to Real Estate Sales Professional (PART 4 – Why Real Estate)

From loading business (Globe, Sun Cellular and SMART) to Network Marketing business, I also tried selling cellphone cases sa Facebook. Pero just like the past businesses na pinasok ko, hindi ko din tinuloy kasi “nakakapagod”. I didn’t see myself doing that for the rest of my life.

Why?Dumating din ang time na I stopped doing it kasi ako lang lahat ang nagawa ng mga activities to earn. As an Industrial Engineer, we value doing the things in SMART ways. Kung anong mas makakadali gawin sa isang task. We focus on creating maximum results with minimum costs. Kaya sabi ko, ayoko ng ganung businesses. Ayoko ng “traditional businesses” na pagod na pagod ako. Gusto ko nagagamit yung Mathematical and Managerial Skills ko. Gusto ko isang business where I can use the power of LEVERAGE.

Why Real EstateThrough the Abundance Program (Level 3 of the Personal Mastery Courses), I was able to join the Real Estate Industry. Kasi ang Professional Goal ko lang dyan (Abundance is a performance coaching program) is to “venture into a new field that will give money in my pocket in the future”.

The Big WhyWhy Real Estate? Maliban sa nasa Real Estate na si Kuya, gusto ko kasi nag-cocompute ako. Yung nagagamit ang isip ko, the way we were trained way back in college. Para naman may challenge. Yun lang. Ganun lang kasimple ang reason ko before.

Basta clear lang ako na ayoko na pumasok pa sa employment and naniwala ako na through Real Estate, mas mabilis kong mare-reach ang mga dreams ko (ito naman ang mga natutunan ko din sa mga Personal Mastery Seminars I’ve attended).
