One of the challenges that I faced when I entered the Real Estate Industry was the belief na “Hindi ko kaya magbenta ng Real Estate” (I AM NOT CAPABLE). Kasi mula sa 3 digits na presyo ng binebenta ko before to 5 digits, pano ako magbebenta ng 6 digits and up? That was my question to myself.
Very clear lang ako na hindi na ako magtatrabaho kaya whatever happen, nag-stick ako sa Real Estate kahit na mahirap na naman ang umpisa. Matigas ang ulo ko noong bago ako with regards to posting ads. Yes, I didn’t follow what the successful Real Estate Sales Professionals ng DRIVEN were saying. Pero once I surrendered in posting ads, I started to have inquiries and eventually learned the art of Real Estate Selling. Experience pa din is the key once I backed myself up with Knowledge and Skills.
My 2nd challenge was the low level of Adversity Quotient (AQ). (If you want to have full explanation regarding AQ, I can also share it with you.) Mabilis akong mag give up at maapektuhan ng environment ko before. So konting negativity lang ang masagap ko, nawawala ako sa momentum. Kaya tuloy I looked into myself and the people I surround myself with. Because the 5 persons I spend most of my time with will determine the average income na possible kong kitain. (And they also affect our mindset – “Hang around only with people who are going to lift you higher”).
And my 3rd challenge was my deepest why. Why am I doing this? Since I’m not a breadwinner, nasanay ako before na okay lang kahit di agad ako kumita. Total sa isip-isip ko, wala namang dependent sakin. Pero the moment na nalaman ko na ang motivation ko that will help me move forward in life, excited na excited ako!
My dream is to TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. And onti-onti ko na syang finufulfill ngayong 2015. 4x na kong nakapunta abroad from January 2015 to October 2015. I paid for it. I worked for it. BAGAY NA HINDI KO LUBOS MAISIP NA MANGYAYARI NA NGAYON AT AGE 24.
