We talk a lot about time management and money management — but how often do we talk about energy management?

There were seasons in my life when I had time… but no energy. I had the resources… but no drive. That’s when I realized:
It’s not about how much you have — it’s about what you can give your full presence to.

Over the years, I’ve started asking myself new questions:

  • Who or what drains me?
  • What activities fuel me?
  • Am I scheduling rest the same way I schedule work?

Whether you’re building a business, juggling family life, or growing in your career, protecting your energy is key. Saying “no” isn’t rejection — it’s redirection. Guarding your space isn’t selfish — it’s stewardship.

This December, as the year closes, consider this:
Before you plan for 2026, check your energy. Don’t just budget your money or your time — budget your life force.
